What happens after a free trial? ▼
Free trials are by invitation. When yours ends, your account simply pauses — we never charge a card automatically, and your contacts, agents, conversations and numbers are all kept. To keep going, pick a plan: Starter $299/mo (10,000 texts, 1 user, 1 AI agent), Growth $499/mo (20,000 texts, 3 users, 3 agents) or Elite $699/mo (30,000 texts, 5 users, 5 agents, plus the Disposition Engine and API lead imports). Trials include the Disposition Engine, so choose Elite to keep it. Your carrier keeps billing you directly for texts and numbers.
What counts as a "message" in my monthly quota? ▼
Every text SendREi sends counts: campaign texts, follow-ups, AI replies, and Disposition Engine texts to buyers all share one monthly bundle. A text counts once, and only if your carrier accepted it. Replies you receive don't count, and neither do lead alerts sent to your own phone. Your SMS provider (Twilio or SignalWire) bills its own per-segment fee on texts sent and received.
What happens when I hit my monthly limit? ▼
At 80% of your monthly bundle we'll warn you right in the app so you have time to plan. Past 100%, texts draw from your prepaid message wallet at your plan's per-message rate — so you're never cut off mid-campaign as long as your wallet is funded, and never surprise-billed: if the wallet is empty, all sending (campaigns, follow-ups and AI replies) pauses instead of charging your card. Add funds any time in Settings → Billing.
How does the overage rate work? ▼
Each plan has its own per-message rate past the bundle: Starter = $0.03/message, Growth = $0.025/message, Elite = $0.02/message. Once you're over your monthly bundle, additional messages are drawn from your prepaid wallet at your plan's rate — you load the wallet, we never auto-charge your card, and funds never expire. Higher plans get cheaper rates — upgrade whenever the math makes sense for your operation.
Do I need my own SMS provider account? ▼
Yes. SendREi connects to your Twilio or SignalWire account so you control your phone numbers and carrier costs directly. Your provider charges their standard per-segment carrier fees on top of your SendREi subscription. Pick whichever provider fits your needs — Twilio is the industry-standard ecosystem, SignalWire is a Twilio-compatible alternative. You can switch providers in Settings any time no campaign is running: conversations, contacts and KPIs stay, your new numbers need their own A2P registration, and your old numbers keep receiving for 30 days so STOP replies are still honored.
Are phone numbers limited by plan? ▼
No. SendREi doesn't limit phone numbers on any plan. Each number is rented from your carrier (a monthly fee on your Twilio or SignalWire bill) and needs to be on your approved A2P campaign. SendREi spreads sends evenly across all your active numbers.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime? ▼
Yes. Upgrades apply right away and are prorated. To downgrade, go to Settings → Billing → Switch to a cheaper plan; Stripe shows the change and any credit before you confirm. Anything above your new plan (extra AI agents, the Disposition Engine, API lead imports) switches off when the change takes effect, and your data stays.
Is there a contract or commitment? ▼
No contracts. Every plan is month-to-month. Cancel any time in Settings → Billing → Manage Billing. You keep access through the period you've paid for, and nothing is deleted.
What is the Resurrection Campaign? ▼
Contacts who said "Not Interested" on a confirmed number become eligible 90 days after your last text. When you start the campaign, your AI agent reads the original conversation and sends a personalized check-in — not a generic template. You control when it runs, and opted-out contacts are always excluded. Available on all plans.
How many AI agents can I create? ▼
Starter = 1 agent, Growth = 3 agents, Elite = 5 agents. Each agent has its own name and personality. Run different personas on different campaigns — contacts always get the same agent they started with.
Do you have a plan for bigger teams? ▼
Yes. If you need more than 30,000 texts a month or more than 5 users, email
support@sendrei.ai about an Enterprise plan.
Is call forwarding included? ▼
Yes, on all plans. Calls to your texting numbers ring your cell for up to 30 seconds (your own voicemail may pick up). If nobody answers, the caller is asked to send a text, and the call shows up in that seller's conversation. It's one field in Settings — no carrier console deep-dive needed.
What integrations are available? ▼
SMS providers — bring your own Twilio or SignalWire account; we set up the webhooks and number routing for you. Slack — lead alerts with the conversation, plus a daily report. Text alerts — lead alerts to your phone, no Slack needed. CRM webhooks — send lead events to your CRM automatically. Claude connector — every plan includes it and the analytics API behind it: ask Claude how your campaigns are doing, which lists and openers work, or why leads dried up (needs a paid Claude plan that supports custom connectors). Elite adds lead import by API (50,000 records/month).
Which SMS provider should I choose? ▼
Both work. Twilio is the industry standard with the broadest ecosystem and documentation. SignalWire has a Twilio-compatible API. Per-segment pricing is similar — check each provider's current rates; SendREi's pre-launch estimate uses your own average cost. You can switch providers from Settings any time no campaign is running without losing conversation history, KPI reports, or contact lists — a 30-day inbound grace period keeps any STOP replies to your old numbers honored.
