1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SendREi.ai ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

2. Service Description

SendREi provides an AI-powered SMS outreach platform for real estate professionals. The Platform includes automated messaging, lead qualification, campaign management, and CRM integration features.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Platform complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and 10DLC regulations.
• You must obtain proper consent before sending SMS messages to any recipients.
• You must promptly honor all opt-out requests from message recipients.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of data uploaded to the Platform.

4. Prohibited Uses

• Sending unsolicited messages to numbers without prior consent.
• Uploading or distributing data obtained through illegal means.
• Attempting to circumvent rate limits, security controls, or access restrictions.
• Sharing account credentials or API keys with unauthorized parties.

5. Data Privacy

We process personal data (phone numbers, property addresses, conversation history) solely for the purpose of providing the Platform's services. Data is stored securely and not sold to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Billing & Cancellation

Subscription fees are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Limitation of Liability

SendREi is not responsible for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to TCPA violations, carrier fines, or business losses resulting from AI-generated messages.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
